The aims of RISKREAL require

An International & Transnational Approach.

This was done to ensure that the free labour market in Europe is also aligned with European training certifications for low qualification employees, contributing to an inclusive and balanced development of competence levels in individuals pertaining to vulnerable groups.

The approach also ensures that an adequate level of innovation and scientific suitability of the methodologies developed by the RISKREAL project is achieved.

The RISKREAL consortium

The consortium is built upon 7 partners from 4 countries covering the whole chain from work-based training to education innovation and end-users.

The University of Burgos

The university brings to the project their VR technology and education policy experts, with a strong background in international innovation project management.

IPPO Engineering

The Italian SME specialises in learning technology and the training of workers within different industries.

Adventis Solution, Burgos

Adventis provide services for renewable industries, including certified training courses.

Istituto Di Gestalt H.C.C.

The SME assists people in their development of personal resources, equipping them with diagnostic and psychopathological competences. They specialise in increasing the well-being of employees and human resources.

KVELOCE

An SME focused on the area of social policies, accessibility and participatory processes. They specialise in social impact assessment of projects and activities with vast experience and networks related to training.

MECB

A technical excellence consulting bureau dedicated to driving innovation through partnership, training and technical support services. MECB offers technical expertise in a range of sectors including engineering, ICT, innovation, automation, & STEM training.

PROTASI ZOIS

A Greek NGO working with Individuals in vulnerable groups in order to improve their resilience and their psychosocial resources.
