RISKREAL provides

Digital Tools for the Evaluation & Acquisition of Psychosocial Skills and Competences.

The project adopts a technological approach in order to target the needs of low qualification jobs within industry sectors such as wind power energy, metallic manufacturing, moulding fabrication, and other similar positions in which psychosocial occupational hazards related with emergency management occur.

The provided tools will contribute to the employability, health and quality of life of the trainees, as well as the competitiveness of employers.

Intellectual Outputs

The principal outputs for the project are:

A gamified app to evaluate the attitudes & skills detected as relevant, as well as to elaborate on different profiles, in order to adapt the training to specific individual needs.

Theoretical training modules available digitally and oriented towards psychosocial development & coaching. These will complement current certified technical training.

A Virtual Reality Simulator to prepare potential workers for both specific and work conditions, in order to better train workers and reinforce the skills defined in the training curriculum.

Target Groups

The various cohorts that will benefit from the project are as follows:

Individuals in vulnerable groups due to their social, economic, or educational background

Workers with low qualifications interested in improving their skills in psychosocial management

Private companies that employ or provide training to workers in the referred sectors

Human resources professionals, NGO trainers, & psychology professionals interested in training resources & frameworks

Policy makers & occupational health authorities will be involved in order to validate and/or disseminate the project’s outputs
